Sound frequency healing for stress relief-Science

I have been in love with music, and it’s healing vibration my entire life. I didn’t understand the science behind it, and still really don’t thoroughly, it is complicated. I found this article for those that like scientific research.

I do, however, know that music, sound bowls, and these beats calm my brain and my spirit. I can feel the shifts in my brain chemistry if I am stressed, as I listen to these types of beats-vibrations. Physicians and therapists have used Bio-feedback for years as well. When I listen to music, sound bowls, or these beats, I feel calm and peaceful, as if I just did a 30-minute meditation. It’s the same feeling I get during and after I hike in nature. I use to be a runner, it’s the runners high feeling.

What I believe we’re all searching for during this Pandemic is some sense of peace, or control, everything feels so out of control. Trying to control what we have no control over, is the cause of anxiety for many. Another unconscious stressor we create…
